User data deletion
You can disconnect Meta from Camplio and request deletion of information associated with your account at any time.
Remove Camplio's Meta access
- Sign in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business Integrations.
- Select Camplio and choose Remove.
- You may also disconnect Meta from Camplio's Integrations page.
Removing the integration stops future access but does not by itself delete information already stored by Camplio. Follow the request process below for deletion.
Request deletion from Camplio
- Email hello@camplio.ai from the email address used for your Camplio account.
- Use the subject “Camplio data deletion request”.
- Include your Camplio account email and business name. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete, normally within 30 days.
What the request covers
A verified deletion request covers your account profile and associated business content, generated campaigns and assets, connected Meta identifiers and tokens, publishing records and retrieved reporting data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, billing or accounting purposes. Residual encrypted backup copies are removed as backups are overwritten.
