About this policy

Camplio is an AI marketing platform for creating, publishing and measuring marketing campaigns. This policy explains the information Camplio collects, why it is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@camplio.ai.

Information we collect

• Account details, such as your name, email address, organisation and authentication records.
• Business and campaign content you provide or import, including website content, brand details, images, products, offers, campaign instructions and generated creative.
• Connected platform data. If you connect Meta, this may include identifiers for your Meta user, business, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts; access tokens; content publishing status; ad campaign configuration; and campaign insights such as reach, impressions, clicks and spend.
• Subscription and billing records. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by Camplio.
• Usage, diagnostic, device, browser, IP address, security and audit information.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, secure, support and improve Camplio;
• import your brand and create, edit, publish and report on campaigns at your direction;
• connect to Meta, publish authorised content, manage authorised ads and retrieve insights;
• operate subscriptions, enforce plan limits, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations; and
• communicate about your account, service changes and support requests.

Meta Platform data

Camplio uses Meta Platform data only to provide features you request, including listing eligible assets, publishing content, creating or managing ads and showing performance reports. Camplio does not sell Meta Platform data. You can disconnect Meta from Camplio or remove Camplio from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate Camplio, such as cloud hosting and storage providers, Supabase-compatible database and authentication services, Stripe, Meta and the AI providers selected to generate requested content. Providers receive only the information needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Storage, security and international processing

We use access controls, tenant separation, transport encryption and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Camplio and its providers may process information in Australia and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or de-identified. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also disconnect a third-party integration at any time. Email hello@camplio.ai to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Children and changes

Camplio is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect.
